Mangoletsi specialises in the sales and servicing of many brands including Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Subaru, Fiat and Abarth. Resin Surface Installations were tasked with preparing the concrete by diamond grinding to remove about 10 years of existing failing coatings of various thicknesses.
RSI then carried out several large epoxy mortar repairs to the concrete and filled hundreds of minor divots and cracks.
RSI applied two coats of a very hardwearing resin, Flowcrete Flowcoat SF41 and finished this by incorporating an anti-slip walkway complete with safety yellow lines for safe access from the showroom through the garage.
High build coatings like SF41 are ideal for a busy garage handling many cars per day whilst maintaining an easy to clean surface.
