Precast terrazzo is a popular choice for designers as part of the seamless terrazzo flooring package. We prefer to be involved from the start working with designers looking for the most efficient and cost-effective way to incorporate precast kerbs, stair treads, small landings, plinths and wall features into the overall terrazzo design.
Typically we would agree on a design then mould, polish and seal the precast off-site in our manufacturing facility. This allows minimal on site working time and hassle for the customer or principal contractor on site.
Precast kerbs and coving detail can be fitted first and the floor finishes afterwards ensuring a beautiful transition from floor to wall.
Precast terrazzo is applied in but not limited to airports, train stations, shopping centres, reception areas, pharmaceutical clean rooms and domestic environments.
